Her expertise in capital markets, both conventional and sharia were amassed since she joined AZP Legal Consultants in 2012. She has handled IPO and right issues of companies in various sectors, including preparing related transactional documents.
Karina graduated from Universitas Diponegoro with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2011.Aries is a senior associate within the Corporate Team. She focuses her practice on corporate & commercial, M&A, capital market and property & real estate related to the sale and purchase of shares, divestment, sukuk issuance, IPO, rights issues and land development.
Since joining AZP Legal Consultants in 2016, she is in charge in legal due diligence process and prepare draft legal opinions and transaction documents.
Aries graduated from Universitas Sebelas Maret with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2015. She then continued to pursue her study and obtained her master's degree in law from Universitas Indonesia in 2021.
Pravita is a junior associate within the Corporate Team. She focuses her practice on corporate & commercial, M&A, capital market, property, real estate related to sukuk issuance and land development. Since joining AZP Legal Consultants in 2022, she has provided support in legal research and drafting legal opinions.
