Dendy is a Senior Partner within the Litigation Team. As a seasoned litigator who has more than 33 years of experience in the legal field, his experience and expertise cover the dispute resolution and litigation
mechanisms and has represented clients on high profile cases.
Dendy has been leading our Litigation Team since he joined AZP Legal Consultants in 2004. He focuses his practice on civil disputes, criminal and commercial litigations related to bankruptcy, inheritance disputes, execution of encumbrances, breach of contract and anti-corruption.
Dendy graduated from Universitas Kristen Indonesia with a bachelor’s degree in law in 1984 and a master’s degree in law in 2012.Arief is a partner within the Litigation Team. He focuses his practice on dispute resolution and litigation mechanisms related to bankruptcy, breach of contract, inheritance disputes, execution of encumbrances, anti-corruption, industrial relation dispute and asset resolution. As an all-round litigator, Arief has a broad range experience on litigation, mediation and arbitration since he joined AZP Legal Consultants in 2013.
Arief graduated from Universitas Trisakti with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2013.Aboh is a Managing Partner and also a Partner within the Litigation Team. He has amassed considerable experience across a broad range of litigation, mediation and arbitration matters since he joined AZP Legal Consultants in 2013.
He focuses his practice on civil disputes, criminal and commercial litigation related to bankruptcy, telecommunication, fraud, industrial relation disputes and asset resolutions.
Aboh has advised and represented clients from a wide range of industries, including state-owned enterprises, local and multinational companies and individuals.
Aboh graduated from Universitas Padjajaran with a bachelor’s degree in law in 1995.Yayan is a senior associate within the Litigation Team. He focuses his practice on dispute resolution and litigation mechanisms related to commercial disputes, anti-corruption, and asset resolution. Before joining AZP Legal Consultants in 2017, Yayan has worked as the Head of Legal and Credit Settlement Division at one of the biggest service cooperatives in Indonesia which made him initially positioned within the Corporate Team. However, his growing interest and accumulated expertise in commercial litigation earned him a place in the Litigation Team.
Yayan graduated from Universitas Padjajaran with a bachelor’s degree in law in 1993.Arttoga is an junior associate within the Litigation Team. He focuses his practice on dispute resolution and litigation mechanisms related to bankruptcy, asset resolution, execution of encumbrances and breach of contract as well as industrial relations dispute settlement. He provides support for the whole process of a legal proceeding, including in negotiation and mediation.
Arttoga graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2019.
Alaikha is a junior associate within the Litigation Team. He focuses his practice on dispute resolution and litigation mechanisms related to bankruptcy and insolvency as well as employment, land and commercial disputes. He also assists in the litigation of several corporate crime cases. He provides support for the whole process of a legal proceeding, including in negotiation and drafting legal documents.
Alaikha graduated from Universitas Brawijaya, Malang, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2022 focusing on international law.
