Dendy is a Senior Partner within the Litigation Team. As a seasoned litigator who has more than 37 years of experience in the legal field, his experience and expertise cover the dispute resolution and litigation mechanisms and has represented clients on high profile cases.
Dendy has been leading our Litigation Team since he joined AZP Legal Consultants in 2004. He focuses his practice on civil disputes, criminal and commercial litigations related to bankruptcy, inheritance disputes, execution of encumbrances, breach of contract and anti-corruption.
Dendy graduated from Christian University of Indonesia with a bachelor’s degree in law in 1984 and a master’s degree in law in 2012.Aboh is a Managing Partner and also a Partner within the Litigation Team. He has amassed considerable experience across a broad range of litigation, mediation and arbitration matters since he joined AZP Legal Consultants in 2013.
He has extensive experience and expertise across various restructuring & insolvency, dispute settlements in civil and commercial courts, mediation, arbitration, and other dispute settlement forums, criminal and commercial litigation related to bankruptcy, telecommunication, construction, banking & finance, labor and employment and asset resolutions.
Aboh has advised a labor dispute settlement and assists the company in fulfilling its obligation of labor requirement procedure as required by the prevailing law. He also represented clients from various industries, including state-owned companies, local and multinational companies, as well as individuals.
Aboh graduated from University of Padjajaran with a bachelor’s degree in law in 1995.Arief is a partner within the Litigation Team. He focuses his practice on dispute resolution and litigation mechanisms related to bankruptcy, breach of contract, inheritance disputes, commercial disputes, execution of encumbrances, anti-corruption, banking & finance, land & property, construction, industrial relation dispute and asset resolution as well as labor & employment.
As an all-round litigator, Arief has a broad range experience on litigation, mediation and arbitration since he joined AZP Legal Consultants in 2013.
Arief graduated from University of Trisakti with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2013.Hanif is a junior associate within the Litigation Team. He provides support for the whole process of legal proceeding both criminal and private law. Since joining AZP in 2024, he focuses his practice on litigation mechanism related to bankruptcy, banking & finance, labor & employment, land & property, construction, asset resolution and as well as commercial disputes.
Hanif graduated from University of Brawijaya, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2023.
William is a junior associate within the Litigation Team. He provides support for the whole process of a legal proceeding with litigation cases. Since joining AZP in 2024, he focuses his practice on commercial along with criminal dispute resolution and litigation cases related to labor & employment, banking & finance, land & property, construction, security execution, recognition and execution of cross-border court decision, and breach of contract as well as industrial relations dispute settlement.
William graduated from University of Brawijaya, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2023.
Nasha is a junior associate within the Litigation Team. She provides support for the whole process of a legal proceeding, including in negotiation & mediation and commercial litigation cases. She focuses her practice on asset resolution, banking & finance, land & property, security execution, construction, dispute resolution as well as industrial relations dispute settlement.
Nasha graduated from University of Brawijaya, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2024.
