Evi is a registered IP Consultant and a member of Association of Intellectual Property Consultant. She focuses her practice on patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs and trade secrets. As part of her practice, she conducts searches, prepares documents for IP registrations and the responses to the government’s IP office, liaise with the government’s IP officials and foreign agents, manages clients’ IP portfolios and drafts licensing agreements. Before joining AZP Legal Consultants in 2019, Evi has worked at prominent IP offices in Jakarta. She has extensive experience in advising clients from the stage of creation until the protection and enforcement of their IPs.

Evi graduated from Universitas Bina Nusantara with a bachelor’s degree in English in 2010.

Sri is a Partner within the Corporate Team. She has in-depth knowledge on the applicable land development and banking laws in Indonesia with her extensive experience and expertise in banking and finance as well as property and real estate practice for over than 20 years. Previously worked at banks and another prominent law firms in Jakarta, Sri joined AZP Legal Consultants in 2015.

Sri focuses her practice on corporate & commercial, M&A, capital market, banking & finance, and property & real estate. She has advised local and multinational companies, as well as Indonesian state-owned enterprises.

Sri graduated from Universitas Pakuan with a bachelor’s degree in law in 1993. She continued to pursue her study in Notarial from Universitas Indonesia in 1997.

Karina is a partner within the Corporate Team. She focuses her practice on corporate & commercial, M&A, capital market, IP, banking & finance, and property & real estate related to the sale and purchase of shares, land acquisition and cooperation alternatives, divestment, sukuk issuance, IPO, rights issues, IP registration and land development. Her expertise in capital markets, both conventional and sharia were amassed since she joined AZP Legal Consultants in 2012. She has handled IPO and right issues of companies in various sectors, including preparing related transactional documents.

Karina graduated from Universitas Diponegoro with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2011.
