Sinta Damayanti is a senior associate of the Litigation Team. She focuses her practice on dispute resolution and litigation cases to resolute claim recovery, debt restructuring, recognition and execution of court decision, various types of security execution, legal proceedings submitted to the court, arbitration. She has Indonesian banking and finance capabilities, transactional matters and corporate, including conventional corporate loans, syndication, club-deal and sharia. She has advised as in-house legal counsel and risk management of prominent banks and financing institutions, including PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia, Citibank N.A., Jakarta Branch, PT Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, PT Bank UOB Indonesia, Indonesia Banking Restructuring Agency and PT Bank Artha Graha International Tbk.
Sinta graduated from the Faculty of Law at University of Indonesia with bachelor’s degree in law in 1996. She joined the firm in 2008 and re-joined in 2024.
Her familiarity with detail of banking transaction, internal banking procedure and policy, banking risk management as well as compliance and business risk management in real sector companies is an advantage that she could contribute to the firm which at the end benefited to cater client’s expectation.
Aries is a senior associate within the Corporate Team. She focuses her practice on corporate & commercial, M&A, capital market and property & real estate related to the sale and purchase of shares, divestment, sukuk issuance, IPO, rights issues and land development.
Since joining AZP Legal Consultants in 2016, she is in charge in legal due diligence process and prepare draft legal opinions and transaction documents.
Aries graduated from Universitas Sebelas Maret with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2015. She then continued to pursue her study and obtained her master’s degree in law from Universitas Indonesia in 2021.
Devianti is an associate within the Corporate Team. She focuses her practice on corporate & commercial, capital market as well as infrastructure and energy related to divestment of shares, sukuk issuance, shelf offering and land development.
Since joining AZP Legal Consultants in 2020, she has been involved in preparing transaction documents, legal due diligence process and drafting legal opinions.
Devianti graduated from Universitas Diponegoro with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2016.
Pravita is a junior associate within the Corporate Team. She focuses her practice on corporate & commercial, M&A, capital market, property, real estate related to sukuk issuance and land development. Since joining AZP Legal Consultants in 2022, she has provided support in legal research and drafting legal opinions.
Pravita graduated from Universitas Katholik Parahyangan, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2021.
Zahiir is a paralegal within the Corporate Team. He provides support in preparing document and legal research. Since joining AZP in 2024, He focuses his practice on corporate & commercial, banking and M&A.
Zahiir graduated from Universitas Padjadjaran, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2023.
William is a paralegal within the Litigation Team. He has been assisting lawyers with litigation cases. Since joining AZP in 2024, he focuses his practice on commercial along with criminal dispute resolution and litigation cases related to labor & employment, banking & finance, land & property, construction, security execution, recognition and execution of cross-border court decision, and breach of contract as well as industrial relations dispute settlement.
William graduated from Universitas Brawijaya, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2023.
Hanif is a junior associate within the Litigation Team. He provides support for the whole process of legal proceeding both criminal and private law. Since joining AZP in 2024, he focuses his practice on litigation mechanism related to bankruptcy, banking & finance, labor & employment, land & property, construction, asset resolution and as well as commercial disputes.
Hanif graduated from Universitas Brawijaya, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2023.
Nasha is a paralegal within the Litigation Team. She has been assisting lawyers with commercial litigation cases. She focuses his practice on asset resolution, banking & finance, land & property, security execution, construction, dispute resolution as well as industrial relations dispute settlement.
