Associates
Aries is a senior associate within the Corporate Team. She focuses her practice on corporate & commercial, M&A, capital market and property & real estate related to the sale and purchase of shares, divestment, sukuk issuance, IPO, rights issues and land development.
Since joining AZP Legal Consultants in 2016, she is in charge in legal due diligence process and prepare draft legal opinions and transaction documents.
Aries graduated from University of Sebelas Maret with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2015. She then continued to pursue her study and obtained her master’s degree in law from University of Indonesia in 2021.
Devianti is an associate within the Corporate Team. She focuses her practice on corporate & commercial, capital market as well as infrastructure and energy related to divestment of shares, sukuk issuance, shelf offering and land development. She is also implicate in Public Private Partnership (PPP/Kerjasama Pemerintah dan Badan Usaha).
Since joining AZP Legal Consultants in 2020, she has been involved in preparing transaction documents, legal due diligence process and drafting legal opinions.
Devianti graduated from University of Diponegoro with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2016.
Hanif is a junior associate within the Litigation Team. He provides support for the whole process of legal proceeding both criminal and private law. Since joining AZP in 2024, he focuses his practice on litigation mechanism related to bankruptcy, banking & finance, labor & employment, land & property, construction, asset resolution and as well as commercial disputes.
Hanif graduated from University of Brawijaya, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2023.
Zahiir is a junior associate within the Corporate Team. He focuses his practice on corporate & commercial, banking, M&A, and capital market. Since joining AZP in 2024, he provides support in legal research, preparing and/or drafting transaction documents.
Zahiir graduated from University of Padjadjaran, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2023.
William is a junior associate within the Litigation Team. He provides support for the whole process of a legal proceeding with litigation cases. Since joining AZP in 2024, he focuses his practice on commercial along with criminal dispute resolution and litigation cases related to labor & employment, banking & finance, land & property, construction, security execution, recognition and execution of cross-border court decision, and breach of contract as well as industrial relations dispute settlement.
William graduated from University of Brawijaya, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2023.
Nasha is a junior associate within the Litigation Team. She provides support for the whole process of a legal proceeding, including in negotiation & mediation and commercial litigation cases. She focuses her practice on asset resolution, banking & finance, land & property, security execution, construction, dispute resolution as well as industrial relations dispute settlement.
Nasha graduated from University of Brawijaya, with a bachelor’s degree in law in 2024.
